Unpack all boxed artwork
Place into media categories
Store boxing materials
Clean gallery of debris
Wear comfortable work clothes
Bring lunch, coffee provided

When: Tuesday
Time: 9:00 – 5:00 P.M.
Where: Hartford Art School Gallery
WHAT TO DO
*Get release time from school
Work with C.A.E.A. group leaders
Organize portfolios for viewing
Assist jurors with portfolio handling
Store portfolios in order by school
Pull gold photo portfolios only
Wear comfortable clothing
Coffee and lunch provided

PHOTOGRAPHING SLIDES
When: Thursday/Friday (snow day)
Time: 9:00 – 2:00 P.M.
Where: Hartford Art School Gallery
WHAT TO DO
*Get release time from school
Work with C.A.E.A. leaders
Work with photographer
Work with publicity persons
Organize sculpture and ceramics for photographing
Return sculpture and ceramics to media category locations
Bring lunch and beverages
Maximum 2 – 3 helpers needed

HANG EXHIBIT
When: Saturday/Sunday (snow day)
Time: 9:00 – 5:30 P.M.
Where: Hartford Art School Gallery
WHAT TO DO
Work with C.A.E.A. show coordinator
Apply student identification labels to work
Apply gold and silver key stickers
Hang and place all selected works for exhibit
Bring: staplers, staples, markers, tape, glues, black paper(18 x 24), matt knives
Wear comfortable clothes
*Invite your best students to help with the show installation!!
*Coffee and snacks provided

ARTWORK PICK-UP DAYS
When: Sunday, Monday or Tuesday
Time: Sunday – 12:00 – 4:00 pm
Monday & Tuesday – 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.

Monitor school pick up of artwork
Oversee sign-off of each school pick up
Present school inventory sheet to teachers
Assist teachers with problems
Secure gallery at close of pick up

Pull only gold key winners for shipping
Pull remaining artworks

Box up artwork in school boxes
Organize boxes by school order
